WillBen, as he as known, is the originator of C.M.F. and has been shooting and making videos to promote collegiate anglers and their clubs for 2 years. His background is of a technical nature, as he is an accomplished Navy Veteran of the Nuclear Propulsion Plant operations.

He is currently attending University of North Texas and is a collegiate angler himself, and has competed in 5 national events himself.

Grant Higbee:

Voice Over

Sponsorship Relations Management

Grant has been a great addition to the show, as he has a unique voice that captures the nuances of the match that would otherwise go unnoticed. He currently attends the University of North Texas and is majoring in Film and Radio Broadcasting.  He is in his sophomore year and has attended 3 national collegiate events as a rookie angler.

C.M.F. Origins

After a lack luster performance on Lake Lewisville, WillBen, wasn't comfortable on camera and had little experience talking about his experience in a professional manner. This lead to the idea of creating a comfortable environment for college anglers to learn theses communication skills and practice in a real setting.  After a year of working with college anglers, he has developed methods that will help all college anglers deliver a succinct thought and represent their clubs in a professional manner.

C.M.F. Mission

    • Personalize the fishing experience.  At least 1 new thing will be learned from each angler in each video
    • Deliver content that is attractive to audiences that enjoy sporting events. C.M.F. does not cater exclusively to the fishing community.  Our videos are meant for everybody that enjoys college sports, action packed events, and wouldn't normally watch a standard fishing show.
    • Develop anglers presentation skills, by ensuring a professional delivery is made on any topic
    • Demonstrating the worth of college anglers, even those these guys might be, on average, 15 years younger than the pros, a lot of them are close to that level.
